I had the great pleasure of staying at Villa Femos in August last year and frankly I was blown away. From the moment you walk through the large wooden front door your breath is taken away - it is simply stunning. The layout of the villa, swimming pool and terraces is just perfect and as you look out over the uniterrupted views across the olives, pines and oak trees toward the shimmering sea, the world and it’s troubles just melt away. In the long winter days I just dream about going back next year.

"We had two extremely happy weeks in Villa Femos last September. It’s hard to summarise the villa and our holiday concisely since there is so much that I could say about it. Suffice to say, I would only use superlatives when describing everything about the villa. Nothing that I could criticise. The owners have done an incredible job in building and designing this villa – modern, sleek, light, functional, beautiful and, above all, spacious.

Set high up in the hills with incredible views but not so high that a stroll down (and slightly more than a stroll back up) to San Stefanos is not possible. To be honest, I could have spent most of the day sitting on the terrace outside the master bedroom, just looking out to sea and to Albania opposite.

Incredibly well located within easy access of boats, shops, sea and restaurants. If you’re not one to relax, there’s table tennis, a boules pitch and a well equipped gym (with wired in Sonos speakers to help you through your workouts). But if you want to relax, this is the place to do it. Plenty of sitting areas, sunbeds, shade and a beautiful pool for swimming. Honestly a gem of a villa and we felt very lucky to have found it."
