The kitchen is well equipped for every need with all mod cons for the enthusiastic chef. Open plan and sociable with a large American style fridge freezer, separate drinks fridge and dishwasher. Double oven, microwave and warming drawer. Nespresso coffee machine and filtered water from both the fridge and kitchen sink. We also offer a complimentary spirits bar.
The Living Areas...
Light and spacious with patio doors leading onto the al fresco dining area, terraces and swimming pool. Styled with Timothy Oulton furniture and photography by Slim Aarons it is modern and comfortable with panoramic views out to sea. Internet television with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime and Sky Sports. Separate Sonos zones and broadband wifi throughout including the outside areas. A variety of board games and cards are also available.

Master bedroom with super king size bed, and en suite shower room (with air con) glass doors to a large balcony with huge daybed and outdoor shower. Yoga mats provided.

The Bathrooms....
Each bathroom has views across the villa and over the Ionian sea towards the Albanian mountains. The bathrooms are equiped with heated towel rails, double sinks, fixed and handheld showers, complimentary toiletries are provided, bathrobes and hairdryers. The master en suite has breathtaking views towards the fishing village of San Stephanos. Linen is changed weekly. (Saturdays)

Villa Housekeeper & Staff
We employ a wonderful local housekeeper, Barbara, who speaks English. She comes in 6 days a week to keep the villa tidy and clean (her day off is usually Sunday.) She knows the local area well and can help with advising on days out, booking Tavernas etc.
We have a fabulous chef, available on request (at an extra cost) for those of you wanting to relax and enjoy a week out of the kitchen! Albeit just for a few days. Please ask when booking as they do get very busy during the summer months.
The pool guy, Leo, comes to check and clean the pool 3 times a week (Tues/Thurs/Sat) and the gardener comes in during the week as well.
